Refund policy

We have a fourteen-days return policy, which means
you have 14 days from receiving your item to
 request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in
the same condition that you received,  and in its
original package. You’ll also need  proof of
purchase (order number). 

Your item goes through quality inspection after
it's handed to us. If it meets the conditions
above, We proceed with the refund process
through bank transfer or Instapay.
